application form, which enables a user to become an affiliate of Online-Campus.org In order to become a Online-Campus.org affiliate,
a user must first complete the application form. However, a user may request
a hard copy of the form via postal mail, rather than completing the application
on-line.

Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is information that can be
used to identify a specific user. In the course of filling out an inquiry
or application form, you may be asked to disclose PII. Online-Campus.org will never collect PII from you without your permission. Participation
